About Jacksons Jacksons is part of William Jackson Food Group, a sixth-generation family business founded by William Jackson when he opened his first shop in Hull in September 1851. Based from our Jacksons Distribution Centre in Newport, Brough, our fleet of drivers are ambassadors for the business to ensure that our customers receive exemplary service which is second to none by being professional, accurate and meeting agreed dispatch targets and delivery times.
Key role responsibilities include:
Job commitments The role is on a rota which covers 24 hours per day / 7 days per week, with an average for 42 hours per week, 10.5 hour shifts. About You As an experienced HGV driver, you will need to have a valid Class 1 (C+E) HGV UK licence and have completed CPC training. We are looking for team members who have excellent communication skills and a sense of ownership and pride in your work.
