Personal Assistant

Location: Hull based with hybrid working

We are seeking a Personal Assistant who will provide a comprehensive package of proactive support to the Managing Director and the wider Senior Leadership Team (SLT). They will support individuals in performing their daily tasks and work closely with the team to help them prioritise and manage their time effectively.

The role will ensure that fully confidential support is given to the MD and SLT, from managing the prioritisation and delegation of time and tasks through to compiling materials to aid the business strategy. 

Key Areas of Responsibility include schedule management, information and communication management, customer liaison, team support, reception and facilities.

Hours of Work

This is a permanent, full-time position working Monday to Friday 37.5 hours per week.

About you

You will have substantial administrative experience including diary management and minute taking, with proficiency in MS Office applications such as Outlook mail, Excel, Word, Power point and Teams. Excellent clear and professional communicator both via email and telephone as well as confident in dealing with all levels of colleagues. You will have a can-do attitude with well-developed problem-solving skills.  You will have great attention to detail and the ability to work well as part of a team. Trust, discretion, tact is of paramount importance.
