About the role

This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious platform & data manager, who can demonstrate proven success of basic data management analysis, strong organisational skills, excellence in customer service, target driven, self-motivated with the ability to work independently building strong relationships internally and externally whilst finding opportunities to improve efficiencies in the role. If you don't have digital platform experience, you must be able to demonstrate success in managing a software and its feature.


  • Address customers' needs and concerns as quickly and effectively as possible
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships internally & externally to enable effective and timely deliverables
  • Management of all digital ordering platform functionalities, including liaising with digital platform support, IT colleagues & Wellocks internal departments
  • EDI platforms costs tracking & invoice approval
  • System based customer accounts maintenance, including price file uploads, rebates & account details
  • Maintenance of customer products, including but not limited to: new listings, alternatives, active/inactive changes
  • Manage & communicate price changes/updates according to scheduled pricing calendar
  • Create & maintain a competitors-market price file to support the pricing team with price reviews
  • Maintenance of customer rebates/markups master file & new accounts tracker
  • Credit/Returns trending analysis tracking & use self-initiative to find solutions
  • Working & collaborating with other teams on projects required
  • Manage departmental reports required & present on department weekly meetings


  • Experience in an account management or development role within B2B. Digital & sales experience is highly preferential.
  • Basic data management, intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office including excel and strong organisational skills are essential.
  • Track record of improving the year-on-year performance on a previous role while simultaneously driving customer satisfaction is a must.
  • Expertise in, and passion for emerging trends in ordering applications is desirable.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with an ability to work on his/her own initiative.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, strong work ethic and willingness to learn
  • Excellent communicator with the ability to clearly articulate ideas/projects and report on progress
