We are looking for a D365 Administration Support Analyst to join our Group IT Team. This is a remote position, though occasional travel to our UK sites may be required.

The role of D365 Administration Support Analyst:

As a member of the business application support team, you will be responsible for dealing with deployments to both test and production environments for Dynamics 365, alongside managing roles and responsibilities within those environments. You will also be involved with managing the business’s Azure DevOps platform to ensure security and smooth running of the Applications and Project team’s work. This role involves working closely with stakeholders to ensure the smooth operation of the system, troubleshooting issues, and providing comprehensive support. Out of hours work may be required, although expected to be minimal.

Key responsibilities of a D365 Administration Support Analyst:

  • Creating, configuring, and managing D365 environments in LCS and Power Platform Admin Centre.
  • The role will be responsible for deploying updates and fixes to Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management ERP systems
  • Setting up and monitoring Application Insights and Azure Monitor for tracking performance, identifying issues, and ensuring application health in Dynamics 365.
  • Managing roles and responsibilities within Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain Management ERP, Sales CRM and Customer Service systems
  • Assisting with managing WJFG’s Azure DevOps platform

About you:

DD365 Administration Support Analyst skills:

  • Knowledge of LCS and / or power platform administration
  • Any understanding of security roles in Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management would be advantageous.
  • Experience in FMCG or food manufacturing.
  • Any experience of Security & Compliance Studio in Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management
  • Knowledge of Azure DevOps

Desirable skills:

  • Experience in FMCG or food manufacturing
  • Any knowledge or experience of Medius for procurement and purchase ledger approvals
