We are looking for a highly organised Accounts Assistant with excellent organisation skills and attention to detail to join the Finance team. The Accounts Assistant will provide accurate financial analysis for the company and support the Finance Manager in all matters of reporting, administration and help supporting the financial visibility across the business.

What you will do:

  • Support Sales and Purchase Ledger
  • Set up new accounts
  • Complete Bank reconciliations
  • Process Expenses
  • Complete Weekly Reconciliations
  • Supporting the Finance Manager with further financial administration across the business

What you will need:

  • The successful candidate will ideally have started their AAT studies (or similar accountancy qualification)
  • Methodical with good organisational skills
  • Excellent Attention to Detail
  • Able to work well under pressure and to demanding deadlines
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • IT literate and proficient with using Excel
