We have an exciting vacancy for a Pasta Room Operative
FOOD KNOWLEDGE ESSENTIAL
Working Days – Monday – Friday 7am - 3:30pm
Ensure all aspects of your area are coordinated to create a safe and hygienic working environment
Ensure smooth working flow in pasta room
Don’t let nothing past unless it surpasses quality
Make sure the pasta looks inviting before sending it to customer
Safely use the pasta room machinery
Fully competent in weighing and labelling for production
Adhere to food safety regulations
Ensure all produce is stock rotated daily
Assist others if the workload permits
Clear communication with pasta management and other fellow pasta operatives
Report all faults or damages to equipment following company procedures
Know the Health and Safety code and security and emergency procedures
Maintain operational standards to the highest possible level, good service, cleaning standards and try to get minimal wastage.
